Margret Surovell is an experienced teacher of diction, accent reduction, and verbal presentation skills. Ms. Surovell has provided diction coaching to professionals at major corporations and law firms, including American Express, Merrill Lynch, Omnicom, and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. She currently teaches voice and speech to graduate students at the New York School of Film and Television. She has also taught voice and speech at Yale University, Rutgers University, Sarah Lawrence College, and the University of Georgia.

Ms. Surovell is also a recognized dialect coach who has coached actors in theatrical productions at Cherry Lane Theatre, New York Stage and Film, Ensemble Studio Theatre, the Longwharf Theater Company, and the Clurman Theater.

Margret has studied voice and speech at Yale University and is trained as a Fitzmaurice voice teacher. She received her Bachelor's degree from Temple University, where she studied speech and dialects for the actor. In 2005, she earned a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Georgia, where she also studied speech and dialect.
